Christmas EVE 2009

One of our Christmas traditions is to have the kids open one gift from under the tree. It is one that mom gets to pick for them. And every year, it is the same thing. NEW PJ's. So here they are with their new PJ's and their Christmas Pillows. I started the pillows when DT was a baby. And since then the kids all had one. All though, this is the first year that JJ actually had a pillow made for her. It was just some fabric on a pillow the 4 years before. But this year I actually made hers! Yea, one thing checked off my "one of these days" list.

Christmas Eve was really different this year. We did not do our Christmas lights so there would be no one coming over to the house for our annual bonfire and hot chocolate outside. So we went and looked at other peoples displays for Christmas Eve. It was fun. We ended up at our friends the McCrady's home and had Hot Chocolate with them around their bonfire. It was a great way to end the evening.
