DT gets his Drivers Permit

DT finished up his Eagle Scout Project and got all the paper work turned in.  So now it is off to get his drivers permit.  I tell you, I don't think he would have finished the paper work for the Eagle Project if it was not for the incentive of the drivers licence.  I think it took as much time as the Eagle Project itself.

Anyway, Our first attempt to the DMV was not successful.  Who knew you needed 3 forms of Identification to get a permit?  Well, not DT or I.  So we went home and came back a few days later with all the information they wanted. 

Since many of DT's friends had failed the Permit test, I told DT, he better study as I was not going to keep going back to have him take the test again.  He promised me he knew everything he needed to.

And he PASSED the first time.  Yippeeeeeee.

Watch out world DT is Driving....

and in 6 months he can get his Licence!  May 23, 2011.
