NEW BACKPACK! NEW SHOES! "WALLY WORLD"

The Law of the Backpack....
My oldest came home with a zipper broken and a shoulder strap falling off his back pack he received in January. He needed a new back pack. It was not all that bad but there are only 4 more weeks of school left! I had to go to 3 different stores to find a backpack. They don't carry them until it is the start of school one store person told me. But thanks to good old "Wally World", we found one.
The Law of the Shoes....
While we were at "Wally World", my 3rd said, "Mom, I don't think my shoes fit me anymore." Well, he was right, a size and 1/2 bigger foot from the shoes bought 2 months ago. So in went a new pair of tennis shoes.
The Law that it is Just Not Fair....
So my 2nd said "Mom, It is not fair the boys are all getting something new." By then, I just said, "GO, find a pair of flip flops in the land of "Wally World", my so unloved child, if that will make you happy." And so she did.
The Law of "Wally World"....
You never leave the store with just what you thought you were going in for.
