Dean turns 40! We went out to his favorite restaurant, Joe's BBQ, and then I made him Coconut Cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting for his birthday! 
Then weekend following his birthday we went and camped out again at 4 peaks. It was a blast celebrating with family and friends. 
And since we had down sized on our toys, we go a new 6 seater Polarise Ranger, loving called "BIG RED". It was great but did not realize how much sun we got this weekend. We are all burnt. NOTE to SELF: Next time bring and wear sunscreen!

sorry we missed the fun--work and kids plans got in the way of our fun--again! We need to go camping again this year--I was thinking about that the other day and how much fun we had.
