Things to know when purchasing a PIG


For all you Non-Pig Farmers Out There
A 220 lb Pig yields

2 Hams- 30-32 lbs
Pork Chops- 30 lbs
2 Shoulder Roasts-38 lbs
Bacon- 26lbs
Spareribes- 8 lbs
Sausage- 13lbs
Lard- 20 lbs


FYI- This is PORK CHOP @ 220lbs
