Taking down the Lights

My Kyle the Tree Climber... He is a great asset when we are putting up and taking down our lights. When he was about 2-3 years old, Dean was putting up our Christmas lights on the roof and had the ladder propped up by the side of our two story house. And before I knew it, Kyle climbed right up the ladder and was walking on the roof to his daddy. I nearly had a heart attack. He was just having fun doing what his daddy was doing but that little turkey. Scared the begebies out of me. Now at 10, I am used to him climbing up the trees and anything else there is to climb. Can you find Kyle? Then there is my Hubby. He says he does have a fear of heights but he still does all this crazy stuff. Can you see anything wrong with this picture? Besides having a 10 year old hold the ladder. How about at this angle?
Dean got our really long extended ladder and propped it up against the Pine tree out front (which I might add is as tall or taller then our street light out front.) I told him he was Crazy and I would not hold the ladder for him if he intended to climb it. SO- He had Kyle hold it for him. What else was I supposed to do but get my camera and record this moment. He did make it all the way to the top of the tree and took down the star. But still. Crazy Man... :)
