The Same Chickens and the Rooster BOB. The chickens are now laying EGGS! It was so exciting.
The picture of our First EGG! No I could not bring myself to eat it. It stayed in the Fridge for a couple of weeks until it accidently rolled out and cracked on the floor.
Out of the 3 little Chicks that DT bought, only one is still with us. And it is growing fast.
We then "WON" 4 baby chicks and 1 Rooster at the FFA Banquet.
Here is the Rooster and yes the chicks and rooster have feathers on their feet.
JJ has claimed this Chick to be hers. She named it SNOWBALL and loves to catch it and hold it. It has like a little snowball of feathers on its head and is the smallest of the new chickens.
Here is BACON with the Chicks. I LOVE her floppy ears. She loves to be petted.
Then there is JIMMY DEAN. NOT my Favorite. Very grumpy fellow. It is funny because he is totally scared of DT. When Jimmy Dean Snorts at us, DT says "you just want a hug big guy" and then runs after him. And JIMMY DEAN runs away. He still scares me though. He frustrates me to no end as he not only has to put his feet and sometime his bottom in the water dish when he is drinking but then will decide to knock it over along with his food. He will be good eating pretty soon.
There is Rascal! He is HUGE! JJ tries to sit on him like a horse. He is a good dog.
View towards the Basketball and PlayHouse.
The soon to be GRASS area.
The Trailer storage area.
The ORCHARD. Lemon, Orange, Lime, Grapefruit, Apricot, Peach, and Grape Vines.
And Where Fiona Spends most of her days- Waiting by the back door. Not that she has a whole back yard to play in or anything.

I love it! Especially your future Christmas ham. You are a good sport. Mike wants chickens. But we have cats. That does not mix.
