The Light Rail and The Heard Muesum

Ok one of the things I have wanted to do for a long time is take the New Light Rail to Downtown Phoenix to see something. Well, the 18th was a holiday but it was raining so our plans to hike were canceled. SO, I had the kids and I take the Light Rail to the Heard Museum and then back again to our car in Tempe. It was an experience to say the least. My kids from the suburbs got an education how other people live in the downtown. Then we learned about the Native American’s that lived in Arizona. We then at some appetizers at the little CafĂ© there. And then headed to our car on the Light Rail. After we were safely in our Car, Taylor said “Don’t ever make us do that again mom.” I think since he was the Man of the group he felt responsible for ALL of us. I had fun.
